During the global pandemic I've been volunteering at Rete di Mutuo Aiuto Vittorio Cosentino which operates in a space called Sportello Socio Sanitario Autogestito in Bari. Beyond volunteering myself, I designed our logo, posted our content on social media and created the format "I volontari/I generosi" for our IGTV.  In this video series the characters share their experience with volunteering along with a bit of their personal story and an insight of what drives them to solidarity and we can clearly see how everyone has different perspectives. My goal with that was promoting our activities and above all our message based on mutual solidarity over charity.

This place is a self-organized structure that offers free counseling, legal, medical support and food to everyone who needs it. Every week we collected leftover food from several farmers' markets and made free grocery bags to those in need. Still nowadays we try to provide assistance to the weakest, the ones left alone by the government. A mutual aid coming from the bottom apart from institution made by people for the people.
